The Role:

 

We are seeking a confident, analytical and highly organised Sales Manager to spearhead the development and management of a high-performing sales team within Mixmasters. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in analysing past data and constructing technical dashboards within HubSpot CRM & Marketing Suite. Given our global clientele, flexibility in availability to accommodate sales calls across various time zones outside standard office hours is crucial. 

The successful candidate will be tasked with devising innovative strategies to acquire new customers while enhancing existing approaches. This role involves proactive engagement with potential clients, necessitating an in-depth understanding of our business and a passionate commitment to our mission of helping emerging artists realize their full potential. The ability to cultivate genuine conversations with customers and discern their needs is paramount.

Next Steps: 

 

This role is an in-person full time contract role, located at our sea-facing office in Santa Eularia, Ibiza, Spain. This is NOT a remote role, however, we are flexible with working hours if required. 

While the base salary for this position is set at €36k, our commission structure provides the opportunity to earn €70k - €100k.
