Chapter 2: Phat FX Logic 10.5 introduced live FX, one of them being Phat FX. A tool that can enhance bass, modulate, compress, filter sounds and more. Chapter 3: Step FX The step sequencer built into Logic provides a tool for creating interesting effect sequences and more. Chapter 4: Remix FX Logic Pro introduced live performance FX in the form on the Remix FX plugin. It allows you to do live delays, reverbs, wobble FX and more. Chapter 5: Enveloper Like a transient designer, Logic’s enveloper can shape sounds using the ADSR envelope.

CHAPTER 3: AUDIO EFFECT RACK A look into how Hadley processes his audio effect rack, using plugins like Tantrum by Creative Intent, The Culture Vulture & Ableton’s EQ. CHAPTER 4: BUILDING THE LOOP Hadley makes a pluck sound to add onto the track, he uses automation to keep the sound moving and creates variations within the bass channel.
